Adam Hartmann-Kruckow

Co-Founder and CCO of Eupry

Meet Adam Hartmann-Kruckow

The engineer behind Eupry’s foundation

(... well, at least one of them)

Adam Hartmann-Kruckow is a co-founder of Eupry and has spent more than a decade building systems that prove themselves in the real world, in the most compliance-heavy conditions you can imagine.

His background is in design and innovation engineering, a field where problem-solving meets real-world application. That mindset still defines Adam’s work today.

Since co-founding Eupry with the company's other four founders back in 2014, he has been dedicated to helping quality teams manage temperature compliance through robust, auditable, and easy-to-use technology.

A company born from a global health mission

Eupry’s story began with a challenge from UNICEF. Adam and co-founder Christian Jacobsen - who is now the CEO of Eupry - were working on a project to ensure that vaccines distributed in Ethiopia stayed within safe temperature ranges. The stakes were high: minor deviations could mean ineffective medicine.

That experience led to the creation of a smarter temperature monitoring system that did not just measure conditions but could be remotely managed, automatically calibrated, and fully aligned with GxP expectations.

It became the foundation of Eupry’s offering.

Deep focus on scalable quality

Adam has always cared about the systems behind quality. While Eupry has grown fast, his approach has stayed grounded: design tools that people actually use. That means:

  • GxP-first thinking: from UNICEF projects to supporting global pharmaceutical logistics, Adam’s focus has always been on real-world compliance.
  • Automation where it matters: Eupry’s patented calibration solution reduces manual steps without compromising quality.
  • Respect for quality teams: Adam knows these teams are overloaded. His mission is to help them get their time back without ever cutting corners.

Now driving global operations – but still building

Today, Adam is based in the US with his family, helping lead Eupry’s international expansion. But his hands are never far from the product. He continues to support development, ensuring every decision is rooted in the reality of audits, validations, and daily GxP demands.

If you ask him what matters most? It’s that quality teams can finally stop chasing paperwork and start focusing on higher-value work.
